We have been meeting with a bunch of investigators over the last couple of days and we had one go to the Temple Visitor Center.
I don't know for sure when I will get my papers, but they may be coming in the next couple of weeks. Elder Harris and I are getting along pretty well and we usually drive the car around or go on bikes. The members and the investigators are all pretty nice in Mesa and I haven't met too many anti-mormon people, something I hope changes in the future.
With Howard (The member they live with) I get to talk to him every now and then. Today I got to learn how he makes the rugs in his house and how to design his Pens. He has a workshop in his backyard which we got to check out and I hope one of these days I can make a couple of them with him. It takes about 20 minutes to create one and I have to see if I can make a couple of them over the mission. Also I got a response from the Mission President over a letter I sent through the Missionary Portal. He said he doesn't know if I will be able to serve outside of the US and that an Apostle will assign my mission. I am a little disappointed that it could be the case but I am still praying every day that I will get the chance to serve outside or not. It is kind of ridiculous to me that LDS Family Services is restricting access for those who went on trial Missions to stay in their country for two years. I have nothing that would restrict me from leaving the country except Mental problems apparently. Anyways I hope you all have a good week especially with Spring break and I will talk to you all soon"
