Hey Mom, hope you've all had a good week. I did get that Scripture Case in the mail this week. I was actually expecting to see the Jacket come in so it was weird to find a random package in the mailbox. It should be ok to send in a package through the mail. My week has been ok, not the best however. We had Interviews this week which was pretty good. The only question I asked President Dalton is how to recognize the spirit in the room. Sometimes I am confused to tell if the spirit is there or not. He shared with me Moroni 7:13 which says 13 But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God. Pretty self explanatory by itself, I'm glad to get an answer no matter where it comes from.
Being on a bike is pretty good most of the time. Sometimes the area book will take us to a place where there is no sidewalk so then we have to back track to get to our Destination. We did get to see a Google Street View Car driving around a couple days ago. It looked pretty cool and I had to take a picture of it. I never got that email from Debbie unfortunately. It may have been sent to my personal email at home also. I have no idea fro sure though. I will write her today and ask how she is doing. Unfortunately we haven't found anyone new this week and we are doing the best we can to find some more people to teach in the area. We had two trunk or treats this week which were fun. We passed out candy to some of the kids and they were having a lot of fun. I guess we have to be in our apartment at 6:30 on Halloween so we'll see how that goes. Yeah for some odd reason people like to take pictures of the missionaries here. I don't know exactly why? Maybe this next week will be better in terms of finding more people to teach. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
I get SO many texts from the sweet members in Allen, Texas! Love them and SOO grateful for their kindness!
Someone ran into them at McDonalds, getting out of the rain for a bit.
