I am doing ok I guess. Conference was good, kind of disappointed that Church will be at 2 hrs next year. I feel like its going to be the same people teaching every single time with this Come follow me Program because a lot of members will forget to do their assignments for the week. I mean that's why Elder Cook talked about it and not President Nelson, so he can take the fall if it doesn't work out. Maybe it will work but I don't know. The rest of it was really good though. Really enjoyed Elder Bednars talk about the coming changes from the church every couple of years and how they aren't independent actions but rather building off on each other. We watched it at the church and only a couple members came which was good with us. Sounds like you all had a good time though, glad you got to experience it live. Elder Holland was also a good talk and Elder Uchtdorfs asking people to come back to the church was also nice. Other than that my week has been ok. We got a phone call on Saturday morning from an investigator we haven't talked to in a while. Apparently her Granddaughter is going through a hard time because her mom died of an overdose. Apparently some of the Baptist Preachers are telling her that her Mom is going to Hell for sinning. What a great way to convert people unto Christ. We told her a little bit about what happens after we died and she wants us to talk to her Granddaughter about the life after this. We also did exchanges this week at Quitman. I stayed with Elder Waiwaiole who gave me some tips on how to help investigators and to plan a little bit better. It helped a lot and he told me he wished he did it way earlier in his mission rather then 18 months into his mission. The weather is getting a little bit better in Texas, hopefully it will stay that way, but it seems to jump up and down all the time. We did get in contact with a couple of our investigators this week and invited them to watch General Conference. One of them recorded it just in case they didn't get through them all. I really hope they progress because I know this is the restored Church of Jesus Christ on the Earth and people need to opens their hearts to see that. We are continually working to bring more people unto Christ and one day they will know that the truth is out there. Any ways I hope you all have a great day and I'll talk to you again soon.
